Plan Your Start (PYS) recognizes that your privacy is very important and we take it seriously. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes our policies and procedures on the collection and use of any personal information you provide when visiting our website, purchasing any item from us, and/or opting into any of our advertising or marketing campaigns.  

 

This Privacy Policy applies to activities by Quit to Start, LLC. d.b.a. Plan Your Start and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively “PYS,” “we” or “us”).

Although Quit to Start LLC d.b.a. Plan Your Start is a United States-based company, and our EU user group is proportionally small, we feel it's good practice to roll out any policy changes to all subscribers, especially when it comes to transparency surrounding our business practices.

  • We're serious about privacy and security. We won't sell, rent, or use your information to a third-party without your express permission.

  • We primarily collect your data through online forms, though beyond forms, we track behavioral data, we store credit card information for purchases, and we use cookies.

  • Mostly we use your data to send you editorial and promotional emails, to serve you more relevant content related to our products and services. 

  • You're welcome to opt out of our emails at any time by selecting "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email.

  • We keep your data secure using modern encryption technologies and by restricting staff who can access it.

  • You can submit a user access request at any time to delete your account completely.

How and Why We Collect Your Information

PYS primarily collects your information through online forms.We store this data on the online Wix platform and within our cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, Zoho. We may use the integration tool Zapier to connect our Wix platform and Zoho.

We also track geographic and behavioral data on our website to help provide more relevant content and better market to you. You can find more information about how we use cookies by reading our Cookies Policy. 

If you purchase a product or service from us, we collect your credit card and billing information through the platform that you engage - either Wix, Zoho, or Clickmeeting Webinars. We also utilize PayPal and Stripe as payment gateways for those platforms and Square for in-person purchases. We do not store customer credit card information on file, we utilize these named third party platforms exclusively.


We also use your data to segment, personalize, and send you email. We do this to help us deliver content we think you'll be interested in most. Depending on your email preferences, you may receive our newsletter, or announcements about our products. 

You can opt out of any of these mailing programs at any time by using the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email.
 

Aggregate Data
We may use aggregated data from our users in general for research purposes. In these cases, we don't use your information in ways that can identify you specifically or allow you to be contacted.

Protection of Children's Personal Information 

We never knowingly collect personal information from children. No information should be submitted to PYS by visitors under 18 years of age without the consent of their parent or guardian. 

 

Employee Access
We only allow employees who have a legitimate reason to use your data to access it. And all employees who do have access to your data are required to adhere to our strict privacy and security policies. 


Want us to delete your information entirely? While we'll be sad to see you go, you can contact us and we'll purge your account from our records.
